Vula iphakethe, ugeze ama-noodle kabili, ukhiphe amanzi, ufake amafutha ebhodweni, ufake ama-noodle ebhodweni bese uthosa, faka usawoti, isosi yesoya, imifino othanda ukuyidla ndawonye, faka amanzi amancane, ngemva kwemizuzu emi-3 ungadla, ungezwa ukunambitheka okwanele, ungafaka nesinye isikhwama sezinongo.
